Terms of Service

These terms cover the LANBox website, Android app, LAN relay, tunneling, public server directory, paid traffic, subscriptions, and optional rewards. Contact [email protected] with service or billing questions.

1. Using LANBox

LANBox is an independent networking tool. You are responsible for your account and for obtaining the game licenses and permissions you need. LANBox does not provide a Minecraft license or a copy of the game, or permission to bypass licensing requirements. Do not share account credentials or resell access without permission.

Connections depend on compatible game versions, device permissions, network conditions, available capacity, and the host or destination server remaining online. A purchase does not guarantee that every connection will succeed, a particular latency, or uninterrupted availability.

2. Traffic credits

Traffic packs are one-time purchases, separate from public server Slot subscriptions. The purchase screen and Google Play checkout show the applicable quantity, local price, currency, and taxes. The current Android traffic pack provides 2 GiB (2,147,483,648 bytes), displayed as 2 GB in the app.

Purchased traffic is account-bound, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and has no scheduled expiry while the service and account remain available. Free allowance is consumed before purchased traffic. Deleting your account removes access to its remaining balance; contact support about unresolved purchases before requesting deletion. This does not limit rights under applicable law.

Usage is measured by service-side traffic counters, not by the size of a saved game or a device's mobile data display. Relayed traffic can include both directions, discovery and connection packets, and protocol overhead. Connection attempts may transfer data even when gameplay does not begin. Allowances and charged usage are shown in the service; contact support if a calculation appears incorrect.

3. Public server Slot subscriptions

The current subscription permits one enabled public server listing while your account is entitled to access. It is a directory publishing entitlement, not a hosted Minecraft server, a private LAN room, a traffic pack, or a guarantee of visitors. You must provide and maintain a server you are authorized to publish.

This is a monthly, automatically renewing Google Play subscription. The purchase screen and Google Play checkout show its local price and renewal terms before purchase. Renewal continues unless canceled through Google Play.

Manage or cancel through the app's subscription management link or Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling LANBox, deleting a listing, or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues for the remaining paid period, subject to payment status, refunds, applicable law, and Google Play rules. Listings may become unavailable when entitlement ends or payment is on hold.

4. Optional rewards

You may choose to watch a rewarded ad for the traffic amount shown before playback. Ad availability varies and is not guaranteed. Rewards require completion and server-side verification, which may take time. You do not need to click an ad to receive the viewing reward. Advertising and referral rewards are account-bound service credits, not cash, and cannot be sold or transferred.

Free allowances and promotions have eligibility rules and limits shown in the service. Do not use automated viewing, false identities, account farms, self-referrals, or manipulated traffic to obtain rewards. We may investigate and reverse duplicate or fraudulently obtained promotional credits. Changes to future promotions do not change the terms of completed paid purchases.

5. Public listings and acceptable use

Do not use LANBox for malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, unauthorized scanning or access, denial of service, unlawful content, harassment, or infringement. Public listing names and addresses must be accurate and must not impersonate others or expose private information without permission.

Third-party servers are operated by their owners. A listing is not an endorsement of its content, safety, availability, or operator. Report abuse to [email protected] with the listing name and relevant details, but no passwords or unrelated personal data.

We may restrict abusive traffic, remove violating listings, or suspend access to protect users and the service. Contact [email protected] to request a review. Moderation does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription; manage renewal through Google Play. Refund requests are considered separately.

6. Purchases and refunds

Google Play processes Android in-app purchases. Purchase and refund handling may depend on Google Play rules and applicable consumer law. Request help through Google Play or contact [email protected] with your account email, order reference, and a description of the issue. Never send payment card details or your password.

We verify purchases and may revoke corresponding credits or entitlements when a payment is refunded, canceled, or reversed. Usage already delivered, the circumstances of the request, and mandatory consumer rights may affect a refund decision. These terms do not exclude statutory rights or promise a universal refund period.

7. Privacy and account deletion

See the Privacy Policy and account deletion instructions. Cancel any subscription you do not want to renew and raise unresolved balance or refund questions before closing your account.

8. Changes and availability

We may maintain, update, or discontinue features. For material changes affecting paid services or a planned shutdown, we will provide notice and information about available remedies as appropriate and as required by applicable law. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
